Mission: Pleasant Grove Elementary is committed to empowering students to actively drive and manage their learning to become a community of learners and critical thinkers through STEM.

Motto: Making a difference one student at a time. 

Vision and Beliefs

Our vision at Pleasant Grove Elementary School is to educate a community of innovators who synthesize information from many sources through STEM education by practicing 21st century skills with the use of technology, the engineering process, and balanced instruction. 
 

School Improvement Goals
  • Increase the percentage of students reading on grade level on the 2026 Georgia Milestone End of Grade Assessment for 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students: 3rd grade from 55% to 65%; 4th grade from 57% to 65%; 5th grade from 60% to 65%.
  • Increase the percentage of 3rd, 4th, and 5th grade students scoring proficient or distinguished in mathematics on the 2026 Georgia Milestones End of Grade Assessment: 3rd - From 29% to 40%; 4th - from 42% to 55%; 5th - from 26% to 40%
