Meet the School Counselor
Greetings,
My name is Audrey R. Noble and I am the School Counselor at Pleasant Grove Elementary STEM School. I have been an educator for 25 years, serving as a Kindergarten and First Grade Teacher, Assistant Principal, and now School Counselor.
I am a graduate of the University of West Alabama, with a dual Bachelors's in Early Childhood and Elementary Education. I hold a Master’s degree in School Counseling and Education Administration and an Education Specialist degree from the University of West Alabama. I am excited about being the School Counselor at Pleasant Grove. This profession allows me to build relationships, advocate and enrich our scholars in the areas of SOCIAL EMOTIONAL learning, CAREER exploration, and COLLEGE readiness while aligning with our ASCA national standards. This year I will be conducting small groups and individual counseling and events, such as monthly Perfect Attendance Celebrations, Red Ribbon Week, Kindness Week, College Colors Day, Career and College Readiness Day, Bullying Prevention Month, Speak Up, Be Safe, Milestones: Let's Talk Testing.
This year, scholars will receive monthly Core Curriculum Counseling lessons aligned with the ASCA model. We are all eager to see how our students will thrive and hope that you will be too.
